A member of the UBI staff will come to your house, apartment, business, etc. and make a cash offer for items you’d like to have removed. This is a cash offer on the spot. If the offer is accepted, a date will be scheduled to remove the items.

This option is for those who want to be completely hands-off during the process. UBI will clean out the entire property, leaving the real estate completely empty of all personal belongings, ready for your team to make it showroom ready. UBI will remove the good, the bad, and the ugly, including food, clothes, broken and dirty items.

UBI provides trucks and enclosed trailers to keep your items safe during inclement weather in transport from your home our business to the auction house.
