Fees

Our consignment fee is 30% for consignments that are dropped off and 40% for consignments that are picked up by the UBI staff.

• Vehicles 10%
• Real Estate 3.5%
• Firearms 10%-30% (Depending Upon the Number of Firearms Consigned)

Pick Up Fees

• $100 within 10 miles of 15 Hat Trick Ln, Wright City, MO or $200 over 10 miles.

Delivery Fee

• $100 Within 10 Miles of the Auction House Up to 3 Pieces
