This option is for those that are looking to just sell off a little bit at a time or they are just making room for a new piece of furniture, cleaning out the basement, cleaning out the garage, thinning the herd of firearms or just downsizing that collection. We can set up a time to pick up your items or you can bring them in to us.
This option is for those that have a lifetime of collections. This option is used when there is a whole entire home, farm, business to liquidate, vehicles, tractors, furniture, tools, kitchenware, home decor, appliance, firearms, coins. This option requires a lot of good quality items to make an estate auction work.
This option is for those that want some quick cash. A member of the UBI staff will come to your house, apartment, business, etc and offer cash for the items we will take off your hands. This is a cash offer on the spot. If the offer is accepted we then set up a pickup date to remove the items.
This is a option for those that don’t want to touch a think. Sometimes we offer cash for everything in the house, apartment, business, etc. There are time where you have to pay UBI. We clean out the house, apartment, business, etc. We remove everything from the food, clothes, bad, broken, dirty we leave just the walls and floors.
UBI Standard consignment commission rate is 30%. Vehicles 10% Real Estate 3.5% Firearms 30%-10% depend on amount of firearms consigned Pick up fee $75 within 10 miles of auction house $5 a mile after 10 miles Delivery Fee $100 within 10 miles up to 3 pieces
